Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and can only be cancelled within 1 day of order placement. You may need to wait for the refund (around 1-2 working days).
Returns and Refunds
All products on the website are not returnable or refundable.
If you received any defective product or not working or broken, you will have to send us pictures and videos of the product as well as the package (outside box) as soon as possible. We will assist you to solve this problem to ensure that the product is back to normal work, if it is a software problem we can remotely assist you to set up, if it is a hardware problem we will send you replacement parts for free, and the customer will be responsible for following instructions and making the repairs because it is not feasible for us to have the LED sign return to us and ship it back.
